The 2019 San Diego Planning Commission hearing the Land Development Code update Phase 2 containing Footnote 7.
You will see and hear the commissioner asking about the Footnote and questioning why it’s needed. You see the city make an extraordinarily misleading statement.
The "Good Stuff"
Chollas Valley Community Plan. The law for our 8 neighborhoods that make up the Chollas Valley. This is a legally binding document. We had a name change and the document is titled "Encanto Neighborhoods." The 8 Neighborhoods of the Chollas Valley are: Encanto, Emerald Hills, Valencia Park, Broadway Heights, Chollas View, Lincoln Park, Alta Vista, and O'FarrellThe San Diego General Plan. YOUR CHOLLAS VALLEY COMMUNITY NEEDS YOU!
We have one at-large vacancy and one vacancy for the neighborhood of Encanto. But, we also need to be able to call up reserves when vacancies occur. Elections are each March. So get ready!
